Gregory Poulin was born in Vermont. While in high school he studied with artist Bill Brauer. He continued his studies at the Rhode Island School of Design, where he received a BFA in 1999. In 2009 he Completed his Masters Degree at The University of New Hampshire. He currently lives in Oregon.
